Responsibilities
- Support development of production test strategies based on product design specifications.
- Design and implement test strategies including In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and Functionality Testing.
- Debug PCB failures using various testing tools to identify root causes.
- Improve PCB test coverage and manufacturing cycle times to enhance yields.
- Create detailed test plans, reports, and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with design teams to improve testability of new PCB designs.
- Lead project management for comprehensive test deployments and support the sales process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in hardware testing, manufacturing, or QA roles.
- Proficiency in automated testing instruments and software such as LabView, Python, MATLAB, or C/C++.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex engineering projects.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting using tools like Oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Knowledge of test strategy creation and documentation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
