Responsibilities
- Lead the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
- Design and maintain efficient factory layouts and material flow strategies.
- Perform time studies and methods analysis to maximize labor utilization.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation and SOPs.
- Utilize operational data to develop KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cost analysis and develop cost models for new processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and process simulation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical methods.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and motivate employees at all levels.
