Engineer, Test Manufacturing

The role involves accepting, transferring, installing, improving, and maintaining automatic test equipment and test programs for product testing and design verification. The engineer also supports test development processes to ensure high-quality test solutions and final products.

• Define, specify, qualify, install, support, and optimize test processes and equipment solutions for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve productivity, cycle time, and yield.
• Debug test processes and equipment solutions using design of experiments and failure analysis methodologies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to resolve product and test yield issues.
• Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, and test time reductions.
• Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to determine sources of yield loss.
• Support development of test equipment integration into Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of test process optimization and debugging methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data from yield reports and diagnostics.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
