Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader and consultant to a high-performance engineering team.
- Lead development strategies and implement operational policies.
- Drive continuous process and design efficiency improvements.
- Establish testing routines and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners on design, validation, and fabrication of hardware platforms.
- Engage with customers and suppliers on product roadmaps.
- Select, develop, and evaluate team personnel to ensure efficient operation.
Job Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in high-speed, board-level hardware design and development.
- Four-plus years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Expertise in high-performance CPU and switching solutions, and server architecture.
- Experience with hands-on design of hardware products including GPUs, CPUs, and network switches.
- In-depth knowledge of industry safety and quality standards.
- Proven track record of bringing complex products to market.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, prototype-heavy R&D environments.
