Responsibilities
- Lead a design and development group for hardware products.
- Establish and conduct testing routines, develop project plans, budgets, and documentation.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Engage with customers and suppliers on product roadmaps.
- Participate in corporate strategy development within the technical area.
- Manage engineering experts in various disciplines.
- Ensure efficient operation of the engineering group.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in hardware product development.
- 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of bringing products to market.
- Highly self-motivated with a multidisciplinary background.
- In-depth knowledge of industry and safety standards.
