Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader and consultant to a high-performance engineering team.
- Lead development strategies and implement operational policies and directives.
- Drive continuous process and design efficiency improvements.
- Establish and conduct testing routines, develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage the design, validation, qualification, and fabrication of complex hardware platforms.
- Engage with customers and suppliers on product roadmaps and support.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient team operations.
Job Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in designing and developing high-speed, board-level hardware.
- Four-plus years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in high-power, high-performance CPU and switching solutions.
- Experience with server architecture and high-speed interfaces.
- Ability to manage engineering experts in various technical fields.
- Hands-on design experience with hardware products including GPUs, CPUs, and network switches.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.
