Responsibilities
- Define, specify, qualify, install, support, and optimize test processes and equipment solutions for manufacturing.
- Lead test process optimization to improve productivity and yield.
- Debug test processes and equipment using design of experiments and failure analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to solve product and test yield issues.
- Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage and test time reductions.
- Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to determine sources of yield loss.
- Support development of test equipment integration into Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of test process optimization and debugging techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve problems.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel as required.
