Responsibilities
- Assist in RF characterization of wireless handset chipsets.
- Coordinate with R&D, process development, and systems hardware engineering teams.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for RF component failures.
- Define reliability requirements and characterize device reliability.
- Evaluate and design reliability test hardware/software for semiconductor RF devices.
- Perform wafer level RF testing and environmental testing.
- Supervise technicians on assigned reliability tasks.
Job Requirements
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering required.
- Legal right to work in the US.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Solid State Physics.
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics and reliability.
- Experience with statistical data analysis using Excel and JMP.
- Knowledge of Python and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with burn-in life test hardware development and automation coding.
