Responsibilities
- Own hardware development from specification to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, perception, controls, and manufacturing engineers.
- Design flight hardware and test setups.
- Establish design architectures and implementation methodologies.
- Document design analysis and testing results.
- Ensure final product meets design intent and customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the electrical engineering team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering degree.
- Experience with PCB design tools and best practices.
- Experience developing PCBAs for digital embedded systems.
- Experience with standard embedded interfaces and high-speed camera/display/memory interfaces.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in relevant industries and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: Experience with UAV/UAS electronic systems and working with supply chain partners.
