Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for full product lifecycle and factory operations.
- Develop and implement the engineering strategy for production, quality, and scalability.
- Own process design, optimization, and control for server assembly and testing.
- Manage industrialization of new products from engineering builds to full ramp.
- Oversee equipment selection, layout planning, and capacity modeling.
- Identify opportunities for production automation and digital transformation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and high-mix/low-volume operations.
- Familiarity with lean/Six Sigma principles and smart factory systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in CM, OEM, ODM manufacturing facilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO, IPC, and industry compliance standards for electronics manufacturing.
