Responsibilities
- Act as a technical project manager for direct-liquid cooling solution development.
- Collaborate with customers and ecosystem partners on technology development and deployment.
- Lead technical collaborations for evaluation of hardware and prepare bundled offers.
- Participate in industry groups to advance standards for liquid cooling technology.
- Support technical assessments of diversification opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to differentiate Castrol's offers from competitors.
- Work with business development and service partners to support solution deployments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Engineering (mechanical or chemical engineering preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data center cooling and infrastructure or IT hardware/system background.
- Proven track record in delivering product development projects.
- Several years of practical experience in customer management.
- Experience with water/glycol thermal management fluids or chemical products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage large, complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
