Responsibilities
- Work across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software teams to debug, triage, and analyze system failure data.
- Oversee and execute the integration of testing fixtures for reliability testing.
- Test and validate assemblies and firmware for critical robot components.
- Document and analyze safety critical components according to functional safety guidelines.
- Assist in designing and building fault injection test stands.
- Aggregate and present reliability and test data to leadership.
Job Requirements
- In progress Master's degree in Machine Learning, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Prior technical experience in robotics or automated vehicles.
- Solid mechatronics fundamentals with hands-on experience in hardware and software validation.
- Experience using electrical schematic tools such as Altium.
- Experience in testing and debugging complex electromechanical systems.
- General experience in firmware, automation, and controls.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Python, C++, and Matlab.
