Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine perception algorithms to enhance environmental modeling.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex perception issues using data-driven approaches.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code for real-time operations on hardware.
  • Integrate multimodal sensor data to build robust object and workspace representations.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure for testing and visualizing perception modules.
  • Analyze field data and performance metrics to identify edge cases for improvement.
  • Collaborate with navigation and manipulation teams to deliver cohesive products.

Job Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience or relevant project/internship experience with a recent MS.
  • Proficiency in modern C++ and understanding of software development best practices.
  • Strong grasp of robotics concepts such as state estimation and image processing.
  • Comfortable debugging sensor streams and telemetry data.
  • Hands-on experience with physical hardware or sensors.
  • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively within teams.
