Responsibilities
- Design electronics for advanced robotics applications.
- Develop designs for power, analog, and microcontroller-based circuits.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to miniaturize PCBs and enhance performance.
- Conduct reviews, failure analysis, and debugging of electrical systems.
- Utilize schematic capture and PCB layout software (Altium).
- Create comprehensive design and test documentation.
- Operate lab equipment to validate designs and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in designing power electronics.
- Familiarity with motors and motor drives.
- Knowledge of high-speed data technologies (ethernet, PCIe).
- Strong understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Proficiency in Python, LabView, or MATLAB.
- Working knowledge of Solidworks or similar CAD tools.
