Responsibilities
- Develop safety and reliability strategies and processes.
- Oversee safety and reliability engineering requirement development and compliance.
- Support system risk assessment and management.
- Lead safety case development and evidence gathering.
- Provide training and coaching to ensure compliance with safety and reliability expectations.
- Oversee failure analysis and corrective action planning.
- Manage technical projects including resource and risk management.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- 10+ years of relevant product development experience.
- Deep expertise in safety-critical autonomous systems.
- BS in Engineering (MS preferred).
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts.
- Knowledge of safety standards and structured safety methods.
- Experience in developing and releasing complex electromechanical systems.
