Responsibilities
- Develop effective safety and reliability strategies and processes.
- Oversee safety and reliability engineering requirements and lifecycle management.
- Support system risk assessment and management.
- Lead safety case development and cross-functional evidence gathering.
- Provide training and coaching to meet safety and reliability expectations.
- Oversee failure analysis and corrective action planning.
- Manage technical projects including resource and risk management.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant product development experience.
- Deep expertise in safety-critical autonomous systems engineering.
- BS in Engineering; MS preferred.
- Experience in embedded electromechanical product system design.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional engineering efforts.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to autonomous systems.
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and executive summaries.
