Responsibilities
- Build, validate, analyze, and post-process thermal models in Thermal Desktop / SINDA
- Plan, setup, execute, and generate post-test reports for thermal vacuum (TVAC) testing
- Support thermal vacuum testing of spacecraft components
- Assist program Thermal Responsible Engineering Authorities with documentation and model post-processing
- Attend team and program meetings, providing project status updates
- Collaborate with team members on thermal engineering tasks
- Engage in a 10-12 week internship experience
Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026
- Basic understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer
- Pursuing a degree in an Engineering field (Mechanical, Aerospace, etc.)
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office products
- Enrolled student with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above)
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills
