Responsibilities

  • Review engineering designs, manufacturing and test documentation to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Support risk evaluation and mitigation plans for mission success.
  • Investigate technical problems and recommend solutions.
  • Utilize existing tools or create new tools for technical problem-solving through analysis, design, or simulation.
  • Design and perform tests and experiments related to operational and developmental satellite programs.
  • Contribute to program-level technical risk evaluation and mitigation planning.
  • Assist in evaluating materials to meet design requirements for various applications.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science).
  • Proven ability to manage a technically complex project in a team environment.
  • Interest in mission risk management and engineering decision impacts.
  • Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above).
  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Strong technical experience through projects, research, or internships.
  • Junior or Senior class standing preferred.
