Responsibilities
- Review engineering designs, manufacturing and test documentation to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Support risk evaluation and mitigation plans for mission success.
- Investigate technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Utilize existing tools or create new tools for technical problem-solving through analysis, design, or simulation.
- Design and perform tests and experiments related to operational and developmental satellite programs.
- Contribute to program-level technical risk evaluation and mitigation planning.
- Assist in evaluating materials to meet design requirements for various applications.
Job Requirements
- Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science).
- Proven ability to manage a technically complex project in a team environment.
- Interest in mission risk management and engineering decision impacts.
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above).
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Strong technical experience through projects, research, or internships.
- Junior or Senior class standing preferred.
