Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Create custom tools and production aids to reduce defects and cycle time.
- Author procedures for manufacturing electromechanical assemblies.
- Support assembly technicians with complex builds.
- Assist test engineers in investigating test failures.
- Generate analytical reports by gathering manufacturing metrics and conducting performance analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Junior or Senior standing in an Engineering Discipline from an ABET Accredited University.
- GPA greater than 3.0.
- Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and recommend changes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing engineering principles including machining and soldering.
- Experience in designing and building electronics assemblies or electromechanical mechanisms.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, preferably demonstrated through leadership roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for engineering and aerospace.
