Responsibilities
- Write unit test functions for in-house astrodynamics software.
- Develop illustrative examples and tutorials for core astrodynamics tools.
- Build automated test suites for select programs.
- Develop new astrodynamics tools.
- Present work to the engineering team at the end of summer.
- Improve and optimize modeling and simulation tools.
- Gain experience in orbital mechanics and related fields.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient with MATLAB and Python.
- Experience using GMAT.
- Enrolled in college with graduation expected after August 2026.
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above).
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
