Responsibilities
- Review drawings and perform producibility and variation analyses.
- Manage engineering release processes and develop work instructions.
- Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts.
- Drive process automation and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Provide production and supply chain support.
- Design and develop tooling and equipment for manufacturing needs.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, ENOVIA).
- Programming skills for automation and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
