Responsibilities
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions.
- Develops and maintains program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses.
- Assists in documenting producibility best practices.
- Resolves significant technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in an engineering discipline and production environment.
- 5 or more years of related work experience.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on the production floor and handle physical tasks.
- Validates production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implements lean principles and technologies.
