Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for technical integration.
- Develops and implements conceptual designs and maintenance of program architecture.
- Assists in implementing manufacturing plans.
- Resolves technical problems and implements new engineering principles and technologies.
- Implements Lean principles and technologies.
- Interfaces with suppliers, IPTs, and internal customers to develop products and skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience working in an engineering discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- 2 or more years of related work experience (for Associate Level).
- 5 or more years of related work experience (for Mid-Level).
- Experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is preferred.
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
