Responsibilities
- Apply industrial engineering concepts to meet program requirements.
- Develop plant and equipment layouts and capacity plans.
- Evaluate new techniques for integration into production processes.
- Design and optimize production systems.
- Conduct workflow design and analysis.
- Develop models and databases for data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and ergonomic guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing.
- Experience with industrial engineering information systems.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and work variable shifts.
- Experience implementing Continuous Improvement (preferred).
- Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI (preferred).
