Responsibilities
- Establish procedures, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Utilize lean manufacturing tools for production improvements.
- Support engineering and manufacturing activities for SMT operations.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and troubleshoot SMT machines.
- Design and modify SMT tooling and shop aids.
- Configure and optimize SMT machines for electronics assembly.
- Maintain build schedule targets and resolve production issues.
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of experience with PCB and SMT.
- Experience with SMT machines such as Solder Paste Printer and Reflow Oven.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools for process improvement.
