Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
- Participate as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for technical integration.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program architecture for build.
- Investigate technical problems and support manufacturing plan implementation.
- Participate in implementing Lean principles and technologies.
- Interface with IPTs and internal customers to develop products and skills.
- Spend significant time on the production floor, including standing, walking, and accessing equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Experience in an engineering discipline is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
- Experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to comply with safety and workplace regulations.
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
