Responsibilities
- Lead integration of hardware and software for E-7 Avionics Systems.
- Develop Supplier Statements of Work and perform technical evaluations.
- Coordinate requirements definition, traceability, validation, and verification.
- Support design, integration, and troubleshooting of airplane systems.
- Plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams for cross-system integration.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and system operability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in systems engineering or related areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with military aircraft development or sustainment.
- Familiarity with lab integration environments and requirements management tools.
- Understanding of systems safety and reliability certification processes.
- Current or previous DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
