Responsibilities
- Develop and document capability requirements and processes for electrical design.
- Lead collaboration with programs to develop Siemens Capital capabilities.
- Collaborate with software suppliers to enhance electrical capabilities.
- Champion the use of Siemens Capital tool suite for electrical engineering design.
- Support the deployment and continuous improvement of electrical design integration capabilities.
- Provide solutions to design problems in electronic and electrical systems.
- Research technology advances for application in business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical design engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in complex systems engineering or integration.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
