Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and operate test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Analyze test data to support requirements verification tasks.
- Integrate hardware into test facilities.
- Conduct test planning, risk assessments, evaluations, and mitigations.
- Execute test setup, execution, post-test data review, and performance analysis.
- Develop test support software and equipment to enhance test frequency and quality.
- Identify, scope, and resolve test-related problems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) able to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience in a testing environment and executing test procedures.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with self-driven capabilities.
- Familiarity with software tools like LabVIEW, AutoCAD P&ID, and others is desired.
