Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and operate test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Analyze test data to support requirements verification tasks.
- Integrate hardware into test facilities.
- Conduct test planning, risk assessments, setup, execution, and post-test analysis.
- Develop test support software and equipment to enhance test quality and frequency.
- Identify, scope, and resolve test-related issues.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams and support business needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) eligible to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience in a testing environment and executing test procedures.
- Relevant internship, co-op, or hands-on experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership qualities.
- Strong ability to maintain positive relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with self-driven initiative.
- Familiarity with software tools like LabVIEW, AutoCAD P&ID, and others is desired.
