Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and operate test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Analyze test data to support requirements verification tasks.
- Direct integration of hardware into test facilities.
- Conduct test planning, risk assessments, and evaluations.
- Develop test support software and equipment to improve testing frequency and quality.
- Identify, scope, and resolve test-related problems.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure safety and efficiency in testing processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering, or similar discipline.
- Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) eligible to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience in a testing environment and executing test procedures.
- Relevant internship/co-op experience demonstrating technical and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Familiarity with software tools like LabVIEW, AutoCAD P&ID, and others is desired.
