Responsibilities
- Develop test methods and operate ground support equipment.
- Author and execute test procedures for integrated fluid system testing.
- Coordinate and direct test crews during setups, checkouts, and teardowns.
- Supervise a small team of technicians.
- Validate avionics systems and ensure mission success.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and read schematics.
- Support off-shift and extended hours as required for mission milestones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, or related engineering field.
- Relevant experience in space vehicle testing and fluids support equipment.
- Experience developing and executing test procedures for various systems.
- Strong safety record and ability to lead test teams.
- Familiarity with P&ID schematics and fluid systems.
- Ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
