Responsibilities
- Engage in applied test engineering projects including design, analysis, and test planning.
- Operate test systems for testing fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC, and electronic systems.
- Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from engineering teams.
- Participate in organizational events to learn about different departments.
- Work full-time while not concurrently enrolled in coursework.
- Collaborate with team members to solve engineering problems.
- Contribute to the development of reusable and safe space vehicles and systems.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining.
- Completed at least one year of full-time coursework post high school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for space exploration.
- Experience in a test environment and knowledge in Fluid Mechanics, thermodynamics, or propulsion systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.
