Responsibilities
- Assist in projects involving applied manufacturing engineering.
- Work on the development and fabrication of mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems.
- Integrate design for manufacturing, testing, operations, and materials & processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment.
- Receive mentorship from managers and mentors.
- Participate in events to learn about other parts of the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to solve engineering problems.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
- Completed at least one year of full-time coursework post high school graduation.
- Available to work full-time while not enrolled in coursework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for space and related fields.
- Experience in product design or manufacturing is desired.
