Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on applied manufacturing projects.
  • Engage in the development and fabrication of mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems.
  • Integrate design for manufacturing, testing, operations, and materials & processes.
  • Participate in mentorship and feedback sessions with managers.
  • Attend events to learn about different parts of the organization.
  • Gain real-world experience in a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts in spaceflight projects.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program with at least one semester remaining.
  • Available for full-time work outside of coursework.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for space and aerospace engineering.
  • Experience in product design or manufacturing preferred.
  • Familiarity with GD&T and DFMA is desired.
