Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on applied manufacturing projects.
- Engage in the development and fabrication of mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems.
- Integrate design for manufacturing, testing, operations, and materials & processes.
- Participate in mentorship and feedback sessions with managers.
- Attend events to learn about different parts of the organization.
- Gain real-world experience in a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts in spaceflight projects.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program with at least one semester remaining.
- Available for full-time work outside of coursework.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for space and aerospace engineering.
- Experience in product design or manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with GD&T and DFMA is desired.
