Responsibilities

  • Work directly with engineering teams on manufacturing projects.
  • Engage in the development and fabrication of various systems.
  • Integrate design for manufacturing, testing, operations, and materials & processes.
  • Gain hands-on, real-world experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Receive mentorship and feedback from mentors and managers.
  • Participate in organizational learning events.
  • Collaborate on projects that enhance technical and leadership skills.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee/asylum seeker.
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program with at least one semester remaining.
  • Available to work full-time while not enrolled in coursework.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for space and related fields.
  • Experience in product design or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to GD&T and DFMA is desired.
