Responsibilities

  • Work directly with engineering teams on manufacturing projects.
  • Involve in the development and fabrication of mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems.
  • Integrate design for manufacturing, testing, operations, and materials & processes.
  • Gain hands-on, real-world experience.
  • Receive mentorship and feedback from mentors and managers.
  • Participate in events to learn about other parts of the organization.
  • Contribute to projects that support business units.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylum seeker.
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
  • Available to work full-time while not enrolled in coursework.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for space.
  • Experience in product design or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Exposure to GD&T and DFMA is desirable.
