Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design cycle, including requirements derivation and system performance modeling.
- Engage in design, analysis, and testing of mechanical systems and structures.
- Assist in the assembly and testing of development and flight hardware.
- Identify and implement design changes for improved reliability and reduced costs.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams during the rotation program.
- Support manufacturing and integration processes.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum BS Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Basic understanding of design fundamentals and proficiency in 3D CAD programs.
- Experience with structural analysis and basic proficiency in Finite Element Analysis.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
