Responsibilities
- Define, own, and control the Reaction Control subsystem technical baseline.
- Manage a team of engineers to design, analyze, manufacture, and deliver systems.
- Oversee external procurements and internal hardware dependencies.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Manage direct reports’ professional development and performance.
- Drive excellence in programmatic and project operations.
- Control subsystem cost and schedule, promoting continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years managing technical teams and leading functional groups.
- Relevant experience in the full lifecycle development of aerospace systems.
- Expertise in storable propellant thruster and fluid systems.
- Resource management experience in multidisciplinary development projects.
- Hands-on experience with propulsion components and systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
