Responsibilities
- Manage the Vehicle Engineering organization and foster career development.
- Define and control the technical baseline for the MK1 Transfer Stage.
- Manage configuration baseline, including CAD models and BOM.
- Lead requirement definition, validation, and control.
- Oversee integrated analysis and track technical performance measures.
- Manage system safety definition and analysis.
- Implement agile project management for the Vehicle Engineering team.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing teams and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in delivering complex systems.
- Deep technical knowledge of in-space vehicle systems.
- Expertise in System Engineering and Integration processes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
