Responsibilities
- Manage the Vehicle Engineering organization and foster career development.
- Define and control the technical baseline for the MK1 Transfer Stage.
- Manage the configuration baseline, including the vehicle CAD model and BOM.
- Lead integrated analysis and track key technical performance measures.
- Manage system safety definition and analysis.
- Oversee verification, validation, and certification processes.
- Implement agile project management for the Vehicle Engineering team.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing technical teams and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Deep technical knowledge of in-space vehicle systems and subsystems.
- Expertise in System Engineering and Integration processes.
- Minimum of 10 years managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- B.S. degree in engineering, computing, or a related field.
- Experience with space vehicle mission operations and system-level V&V campaigns.
