Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new products in solar arrays, avionics, and structures.
- Contribute to design for manufacturability, assembly, and testing.
- Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- 5+ years of experience creating English work instructions.
- Flexibility to work second shift and extended hours.
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
