Responsibilities
- Identification and decomposition of reliability requirements
- Performing reliability predictions on mechanical and electrical components
- Conducting system-level reliability assessments
- Designing reliability/life tests and modeling reliability growth
- Collaborating with design engineers and operations engineers
- Analyzing data to support reliability improvement initiatives
- Driving design improvements and process enhancements
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a reliability role
- Proficiency in mechanical, fluid, and electrical systems
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with quality and configuration management systems
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency required
