Responsibilities
- Define and implement silicon system architecture and software engineering standards.
- Ensure alignment of silicon system architectures with business and mission requirements.
- Build and lead teams in Silicon Systems Architecture and Embedded & Application Software.
- Establish system requirements and verification strategies for silicon systems.
- Drive architecture for custom ASIC and SoC solutions, including DSP algorithm development.
- Oversee embedded and application software development for silicon platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-domain teams for requirements and interface agreements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in silicon system architecture and RF/DSP systems.
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in architecting silicon systems from concept to production.
- Proven track record in delivering embedded and application software for complex platforms.
- Strong background in communications systems design.
- Outstanding technical leadership and project management skills.
