Responsibilities
- Serve as the single accountable owner for all aspects of the ROV program.
- Provide program status and anomaly resolution updates to senior leadership.
- Lead the full design lifecycle of the ROV system, including mechanical structures and control systems.
- Develop and manage system-level requirements for the ROV.
- Drive trade studies and design decisions for performance and safety optimization.
- Oversee development of remote operation capabilities and sensor suites.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure technical readiness and alignment with requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with leadership in technical programs.
- Proven experience in designing robotic systems or remote operated vehicles.
- Ability to manage a program end-to-end with accountability for performance and schedule.
- Experience driving hardware from concept through operational deployment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance if required.
