Responsibilities
- Mechanical design, hardware development, and visualization using 3D CAD
- Create, interpret, and review mechanical drawings
- Oversee the project lifecycle from requirements intake to ongoing support
- Develop hardware design and process flow for automated equipment
- Design custom automation equipment and related components
- Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for improvements
- Manage projects and vendor/supplier relationships
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automated tooling design and maintenance
- Proficiency in CAD and implementation of GD&T on drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and engineering fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail and precision in engineering tasks
- Understanding of control systems and automated industrial equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
