Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and develop mechanisms and structural components.
- Perform research, develop concepts, and conduct trade studies.
- Create 3D models, detailed part drawings, assemblies, and installations.
- Develop test plans and documentation for flight hardware.
- Provide technical guidance for integration and manufacturing support.
- Execute subsystem test planning, data reduction, and analysis.
- Define and execute hardware qualification campaigns.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with mechanism development and vehicle load path distribution.
- Proficiency in CAD (Creo/Windchill preferred) and FEA (ANSYS preferred).
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance analysis.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve processes.
- Knowledge of systems engineering practices and quality control.
