Responsibilities
- Mechanical design and hardware development using 3D CAD.
- Create and review mechanical drawings.
- Oversee project lifecycle from requirements intake to ongoing support.
- Develop hardware design and process flow for automated equipment.
- Design custom automation equipment and material handling systems.
- Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
- Manage projects and vendor/supplier relationships.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automated tooling design and maintenance.
- Proficient in CAD with experience in GD&T on 2D drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of control systems and robotics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience with ANSYS or similar engineering simulation software is a plus.
