Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate and manage non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure efficient and economical production of aerospace products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 3+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with machining and post-processing components.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD and other software tools.
- Ability to build professional relationships and maintain trust.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
