Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware.
- Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- Drive the transition from development to production and perform troubleshooting as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or similar manufacturing (2+ years for Level II).
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical skills.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
