Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
  • Drive the transition from development to production and perform troubleshooting as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or similar manufacturing (2+ years for Level II).
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and technical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
