Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing work instructions for assemblies and installations.
  • Manage the build sequence and schedule of hardware throughout manufacturing.
  • Review engineering drawings and approve for manufacturing.
  • Design tooling and fixtures to assist the manufacturing process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements on the production floor.
  • Define and support repair and rework activities.
  • Perform root cause analyses for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing and engineering experience.
  • Understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage a manufacturing bill of materials and author work instructions.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams.
  • Proficiency in CAD and other software tools.
  • Experience with industry quality systems like AS9100 is desired.
