Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) for closure.
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with teams across different skills and locations.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant engineering fields.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware preferred.
- 3+ years of engineering experience, including internships.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
