Manufacturing Engineer II - B Shift

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware ready for test and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Support the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts.
  • Collaborate with teams across different skills and geographic distances.
  • Ensure commitment to quality and safety in manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering capacity, including internships.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (M-F 2pm - 10:30pm).
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD and other technical software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
