Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts such as build plans and tool lists.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
- Support the introduction of new products through effective planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering role, including internships.
- Ability to work the specified second shift schedule.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
