Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Craft manufacturing plan artifacts such as build plans and tool lists.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
  • Support the introduction of new products through effective planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering role, including internships.
  • Ability to work the specified second shift schedule.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
  • Hands-on experience with flight hardware preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
