Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware ready for test and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Support the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts.
- Collaborate with teams across different skills and geographic distances.
- Ensure commitment to quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering capacity, including internships.
- Ability to work 2nd shift (M-F 2pm - 10:30pm).
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD and other technical software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
