Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with design and systems engineering teams.
- Improve quality, reduce costs, and optimize the build sequence.
- Create, interpret, and modify work instructions and routings.
- Participate in production planning and quality control.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Engage in hands-on experience and mentorship through a rotational program.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace engineering or related field.
- Recent graduates within the last year, starting by Fall 2026.
- Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, and specifications.
- Relevant internship/co-op experience preferred.
- Strong teamwork and leadership qualities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Basic coding ability for process automation or data analysis.
