Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and systems engineering teams.
  • Create, interpret, and modify work instructions and routings.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership in manufacturing operations.
  • Drive improvements in quality and cost reduction.
  • Participate in hands-on projects related to component fabrication and precision assembly.

Job Requirements

  • B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace engineering or related field.
  • Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year).
  • Demonstrated abilities in component fabrication and precision assembly.
  • Experience with engineering models, drawings, and specifications.
  • Relevant internship or hands-on experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and manufacturing processes.
