Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with design and systems engineering teams.
- Translate engineering intent into functional hardware ready for testing and flight.
- Create and modify work instructions and routings for technicians.
- Improve quality and reduce costs in the manufacturing process.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Participate in production flow and process optimization projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
- Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) eligible to start by Fall 2026.
- Demonstrated ability in component fabrication and precision assembly.
- Experience with engineering models, drawings, and specifications.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience in technical roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and understanding of manufacturing concepts such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
