Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into manufacturing instructions.
- Identify necessary tools and equipment for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plans for new products.
- Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- Drive the transition from development to production.
Job Requirements
- Experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficient in managing manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM).
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware (preferred).
- Familiarity with CAD software (Creo or CATIA V5 preferred).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
