Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Create manufacturing plans for new products.
- Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- Drive the transition from development to production through troubleshooting and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive manufacturing (0-3 years).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD and software tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively across diverse teams.
