Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent into functional hardware through manufacturing documentation.
- Identify necessary tools and equipment for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Develop manufacturing plans for new products.
- Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- Support the transition from development to production with troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive manufacturing.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD and software skills.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware (preferred).
- Experience in design or production of aerospace components (preferred).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
