Manufacturing Engineer - All Levels - Off Shift

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify necessary tools and equipment for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Support new product introductions by creating manufacturing plans and related artifacts.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
  • Drive the transition from development to production, troubleshooting as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive manufacturing (0-3 years for Level I Engineer).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
  • Proficient in CAD and software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
