Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for test and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment necessary for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Craft manufacturing plans for new product introductions.
- Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- Drive the transition from development to production, performing troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T.
- Proficiency in technical and software skills (CAD, Excel, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative work ethic.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
